   Firstly thanks for the care taken to disinfect the device even though needed 7 days to deodorize the machine.

   Pros:
   The product is good, IFT, MS and Tens work as expected. US seems to be bit too intense, have to keep to lower values than standard. Still have to figure out how the heating is controlled by the knob (not a good option to experiment on a patient)

   Cons:
   The manual doesn’t seems to be of this version of the machine (provide at-least an online/downloadable manual with all details.). current manual don’t have any mention of the deep heat control and the control is bit too confusing with the knob covering the markings. The US stand is missing which is very important. I think they missed to fit it, as I can see the holes drilled for the stand.

   Improvements that can be done without much cost:
   Can provide better quality gel
   Manual should be for the device (downloadable version is also fine)
   The US stand should be fixed.
   Tune US to standard values.
   Can add couple more straps

   Excellent customer service, the product was working efficiently for two weeks after this was not switching on I called the customer service and they shared the technical video to resolve the issue and it is working very well now. Thanks a ton to the customer support team for the quick response and resolution.

    Working and the output of the machine is too good and very easy to use.suddenly my machine stopped working, i hve contacted the seller, they responded superfast and came up with a solution within mins by sending me the troubleshoot video and my problem is solved within no time.     This is a 3 in 1 combo machine that has been delivered to me just today, a good product, came with decent packaging, they have provided all the necessary accessories (4 electrode pads, ultrasound transducer, pen electrode, velcro straps and a gel bottle) and a pair of heating bags (which probably works as any electrical heating bags). Although it is a little confusing to use in the beginning as the settings keep changing from machine to machine, the company technicians were kind enough to explain regarding the programs, settings and functionalities. As a therapist, it was easier for me to understand its settings.
